Bulldogs beat Crawfordsville 65-51

Saturday night the boys' basketball team bounced back dishing out 18 assists on the night and putting four Dogs in double digits to beat Crawfordsville 65-51. The Bulldogs raced out to a 14-2 lead before the Athenians cut it back to 17-8 at the end of the first. Brownsburg maintained an eight to 14 point lead the rest of the night thanks to two career highs by Jacob Stevens who scored 15 points, grabbed 5 boards, and dished out four assists. Kurtis Runyon scored a career high 10 points including a timely bucket in the fourth quarter to stop a run by Crawfordsville. Torrey Nibbs pulled down a game high of nine rebounds to go with his 10 points. Austin Fish led all scorers with 16 points to go along with four steals. J.D. Cosby dropped in seven points and dished a game high six assists. Jacob Eldridge scored all of his five points in the second quarter and Enique Mason added a offensive put back to compliment his six rebounds.
