Make a Positive Impact
Our team accomplished much this summer; however, nothing was as important as making a positive impact on the community. This occurred often but specifically during the Race Across Hendrick’s County in which our players helped contestants shoot a lay-up, free-throw, and three pointer blind folded at William’s Park. Our players made another positive impact helping with “Lunch Bunch” sponsored by the Hendricks County Community Foundation. “Lunch Bunch” distributes over 250 lunches and books each week throughout the summer at the town hall. Our players served, entertained, and befriended many adults and elementary age students at this event. Thank you Marge Rickman, former principal at Eagle Elementary, for recognizing our players for what they are – wonderful young men making a difference. Thank you players for being selfless enough to make this impact. Fans, enjoy Mrs. Rickman’s kind letter about your Bulldogs.
